Due to the limited nature of our designs, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to exchange an item or provide store credit if it meets the conditions below.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery/pickup.
- Custom-made or altered items cannot be returned.
- Items bought on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Exchange Process

- If approved, ship the item back at your expense within 3 days of approval.
