2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery/pickup.
- Custom-made or altered items cannot be returned.
- Items bought on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Exchange Process
- Email [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange.
- If approved, ship the item back at your expense within 3 days of approval.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or provide store credit within 5 business days.
4. Damaged/Defective Items
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at no extra cost to you.
